JTS started with remodeling a flip and move house in Tangipahoa parish ten years ago. We quickly  moved on to buying property and building new spec houses for sale. We are not a tract subdivision builder. Our lots are a little bigger and usually have trees left after lots are cleared. We use all plywood cabinets, not particle board, with soft closures doors and drawers. Delta plumbing fixtures for years of service. Every home also has basic wireless alarm systems. We feature all electric homes using all LED lighting and heat pumps.  Our homes are all low E certified for the most economical living cost possible. The goal is to provide the best home value for the money!
